The Commissioners for ODOT’s Northwest Area will meet bi-monthly at locations throughout the region. NWACT meetings are open to the public.
Executive Committee meetings are for agenda planning purposes. Please contact Sarah Lu Heath if you would like an item considered for an upcoming agenda.
Meetings begin at 1:00pm. In-person attendance in encouraged; all meetings will be in a hybrid format. Meeting packets and location details are published at nworegon.org/nwact.

NWACT Responsibilities
- Work and interact with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) on NW Oregon’s transportation needs and issues.
- Provide a forum to advance the public awareness and understanding of the region’s transportation issues
- Review and provide input on projects proposed for ODOT funding.
- Make recommendations to ODOT regarding special funding opportunities and programs
- Communicate and coordinate regional priorities with other ODOT regions and ACTS, the Governor’s NW Oregon Regional Solutions Team and ODOT advisory committees
- Provide input on ODOT corridor plans or local transportation system plans (TSPs)
- Provide input to the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) on State and regional policies affecting the transportation system.
