Colin Cooper will be joining ColPac as the new Executive Director in September.
Colin comes to the organization from the City of Hillsboro where he served as Planning Director for the last ten years. His accomplishments include the development of the AmberGlen Community Plan and the Orenco Station Platform District, both considered among Oregon’s most successful projects. Colin’s extensive and wide-ranging experience in economic development, grant development, housing, and strategic planning come at a critical juncture for ColPac.
