ADDENDUM NO. 2 To RFP #2025-01 – Highland Estates Road Repair Project

Purpose of This Addendum (02)

This Addendum (02) is issued to comply with federal and state procurement standards requiring that all potential proposers be provided with the same information to ensure full and open competition.

In accordance with 23 CFR 636.402 and ORS 279C.410, this Addendum is issued to establish an extension of ten (10) days to the solicitation period.

 

The new RFP submission deadline is Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 5PM PST.

The solicitation schedule is amended as follows:

Submission of Proposals Deadline                  Sunday, July 27 th @ 5PM PST

Proposal Opening & Evaluation Period          Monday, July 28 th @ 9AM PST (virtual meeting)

 

The following dates are subject to change:

Intent to Award Notification                     Tuesday, July 29th

Deadline for Protest                                    Tuesday, August 5th

Notice to Proceed                                        Thursday, August 14, 2025

 

Please be reminded that this RFP for Engineering Services is a competitive procurement process in accordance with CDBG-DR and OHCS PIERS requirements.

ColPac reaffirms that no firm has received preferential access or advance authorization to proceed, and this RFP is intended to provide a fair, open, and equally accessible opportunity to all qualified firms.

• This Addendum-02 becomes part of the RFP and must be acknowledged in the proposal submission.
