Lands Database Offline Version
The offline version of the Lands Database contains the same search and resource information as the website. New and updated property information can be added through an active Internet connection as needed. This is accomplished with the Updater Tool included with the application.

Instructions
- Click the Download Offline Version link above.
- Do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
- To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
- Immediately after launching the program for the first time use the Software Updater link to update the software's property database to the most current version.
Requirements:
This application requires the Windows . NET Framework to be installed. You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework 1.1 installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 listed, the latest version is already installed and you do not need to install it again.
