NWACT Public Involvement Plan

NWACT is committed to an open, public involvement process, which allows all citizens and transportation stakeholders the opportunity to participate in transportation decision-making. Our public involvement strategy has four primary goals:

• Involve stakeholders in developing the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP),
• Inform the public about the STIP process and how they can participate,
• Educate the public on regional and statewide transportation issues, projects and funding procedures, and
• Provide a forum for receiving input and feedback from the public
